Mignon Pinson is a native Washingtonian.  Mignon has always had a special love for children. After having children of her own, they’ve inspired her to become more involved with stimulating the minds of children with positive stories that they can not only read but also participate in.

She published her first book - Angel Bee from Heaven in 2006 and is an active member of the Society of Children's Writers and Illustrators, the Women's National Book Association.
